Purpose. Positivity. Possibilities.
Netweaving™ goodness into community.
There are many beautiful ways to matter—and many meaningful ways to contribute.
An exciting new chapter is unfolding. Connect for Good is growing into GoodnessCO. Stay tuned!
Connect for Good creates welcoming spaces filled with conversation, encouragement, shared tables, fresh ideas, meaningful introductions, and genuine connection.
Through Purpose Forums, Netweaving™ After Hours, Board Connect, Possibility Gatherings, leadership initiatives, and relationship-centered experiences, people uncover the many ways they already matter, share their gifts and lived experience, and discover meaningful ways to participate in community life.
Rather than asking, “What’s in it for me?” we ask, “What’s possible for us?”
People often leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, energized, welcomed, connected, and inspired to carry that goodness forward.
What People Carry With Them
“I felt safe today.”
“Just being here matters.”
“Everyone was 100% engaged.”
“The atmosphere was so welcoming.”
“Room full of humility and profound service.”
Every Purpose Forum introduces two speakers whose lives remind us that there are many beautiful ways to matter. By pairing different expressions of significance, Purpose Forum expands people’s imagination for what leadership, participation, and contribution can look like.

Leadership Has Many Beautiful Expressions
Connect for Good celebrates everyday leaders — people creating impact through kindness, resilience, service, creativity, generosity, lived experience, and nontraditional paths.
From retirees to newcomers, nonprofit workers to young adults, business owners to people rebuilding their lives, we believe meaningful leadership exists far beyond titles, status, or credentials.
The Why Behind It
Connect for Good grew from a deeply personal understanding of what it feels like to enter unfamiliar spaces, search for belonging, and wonder whether there is a meaningful place for you.
As an immigrant from Taiwan who spent much of her life navigating new cultures and communities, founder Porcia Silverberg experienced firsthand how easy it can be to feel unseen, disconnected, or uncertain about where you fit.
Over time, she came to understand something essential:
People already matter—and there are many meaningful ways to contribute.
